  • 1/2 cup cold brew
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free milk, I like coconut for extra creaminess
  • 1 frozen banana in chunks
  • ¼ cup riced frozen cauliflower or ice
  • 1 scoop (25g) vanilla or chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 Tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon almond butter


  • Add all ingredients into your blender.
