Baked Pita Chips
Homemade pita chips made from just four ingredients. You won't want to go back to store bought pita chips after making these!

- 3 whole wheat pitas
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Cut pita into four wedges, then separate the pita. I found this was easiest to do using kitchen scissors. You should end up with a total for 24 triangles.
In a small bowl combine the olive oil, garlic powder and sea salt.
Use a basting brush to brush the oil mixture onto each side of the pita chips.
Place pita chips on a baking sheet, making sure not to overlap and bake for about 5 minutes, flip and bake for another 5 minutes or until pita is golden and crisp to the touch. Watch carefully because they can burn easily.
