Easy Tahini Sauce
This easy creamy tahini sauce with lemon, olive oil and garlic can be used in so many ways -- as a sauce for protein or vegetables, on a buddha bowl, or even as a dressing.
Servings: 3 /4 cup
- 1/4 cup well-stirred tahini
- 4 1/2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 Tablespoons olive oil
- 3 Tablespoons water
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Use as a sauce for protein, veggies and more.
