3-Ingredient Blueberry Frozen Yogurt
Three ingredients and super simple to throw together, this blueberry frozen yogurt is a healthy treat that works for breakfast or dessert!
- 1 cup plain Greek Yogurt I use 2% or full-fat
- 1 Tablespoon almond butter
- 1 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- Optional add-ins: 1 teaspoon cacao nibs
Blend all ingredients together in a food processor. Eat right away.
If you want it to be scoopable, you can freeze the mixture for about an hour. Bring it out of the freezer and let it thaw for a few minutes before scooping.
