Skinny Mojito
This skinny Mojito is made with fresh lime juice, white rum, mint leaves and sparkling water. It's light and refreshing, low in calories and has no added sugar!

- Juice of one lime
- 6-10 fresh mint leaves
- 1.5 oz white rum
- Lemon-lime zero calorie soda like Zevia or lemon/lime sparkling water (lime Spindrift would work great)
- Ice
- Garnish with a lime slice and or a sprig of fresh mint
- optional: maple syrup, agave or stevia for a touch of sweetness
Add mint leaves and lime juice to a glass and muddle them together using the back of a spoon or a muddler.
Add the rum, and fill with ice. Top with soda or sparkling water and stir to combine.
Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime wedge. Serve.
