Skinny Mojito

This skinny Mojito is made with fresh lime juice, white rum, mint leaves and sparkling water. It's light and refreshing, low in calories and has no added sugar!

Ingredients

  • Juice of one lime
  • 6-10 fresh mint leaves
  • 1.5 oz white rum
  • Lemon-lime zero calorie soda like Zevia or lemon/lime sparkling water (lime Spindrift would work great)
  • Ice
  • Garnish with a lime slice and or a sprig of fresh mint
  • optional: maple syrup, agave or stevia for a touch of sweetness

Instructions

  • Add mint leaves and lime juice to a glass and muddle them together using the back of a spoon or a muddler.

  • Add the rum, and fill with ice. Top with soda or sparkling water and stir to combine.

  • Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime wedge. Serve.
