- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk*
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 1 medium frozen banana chopped into chunks before freezing
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon lime zest
- 1/4 cup chunks of fresh coconut meat shredded unsweetened coconut works too
- 1/2 cup 4 oz coconut rum*
- Feel free to swap out the unsweetened vanilla almond milk with another milk of choice.
- Use 1/2 cup coconut water instead of coconut rum for the mocktail version.
