Blueberry Tahini Dressing

This creamy blueberry tahini dressing is made with tahini, fresh blueberries, lemon juice and maple syrup. It’s dairy-free, vegan and comes together in just 5 minutes!

  • ½ cup fresh blueberries
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons tahini
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 Tablespoons water if needed

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients for the dressing into a blender.
    Blueberries, lemon juice, olive oil, tahini, sea salt and water in a blender.
  • Blend until creamy and smooth. The dressing should be a bit thick, but if the texture is too thick, add a little water (starting with 1-2 Tablespoons).
