Instructions

Strawberry Chocolate Chip Baked Oatmeal

  • Preheat: Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Mix ingredients: Combine all ingredients (except chopped strawberries and chocolate chips) in a mixing bowl.
  • Add mix-ins: Add chopped strawberries and 1 Tablespoon of chocolate chips. 
  • Pour: Pour into a greased ramekin. (I used an 8 oz mini Le Creuset) Top with additional chocolate chips. 
  • Bake: Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. 
  • Enjoy: Let cool, add toppings of choice and dive in. 

Apple Cinnamon Baked Oatmeal

  • Preheat: Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix ingredients: Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  • Pour: Pour into a greased ramekin. Top with additional chopped apples.
  • Bake: Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. 
  • Enjoy: Let cool, add toppings of choice and dive in.

Blueberry Baked Oatmeal

  • Preheat: Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix ingredients: Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  • Pour: Pour into a greased ramekin.
  • Bake: Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. 
  • Enjoy: Let cool, top with a drizzle of almond butter and extra blueberries and dive in!

Banana Walnut Baked Oatmeal

  • Preheat: Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix ingredients: Combine all ingredients (except 1 T walnuts and banana slices) in a mixing bowl.
  • Add walnuts: Add chopped walnuts
  • Pour: Pour into a greased ramekin. Top with additional walnuts.
  • Bake: Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. 
  • Enjoy: Let cool, top with more almond butter and banana slices and dive in!
