4-Ingredient Healthy Date Shake

A thick and creamy date shake made with frozen bananas instead of ice cream. It's dairy-free, gluten-free and vegan.

  • Place dates and 1/2 cup almond milk into a high powered blender and blend until dates have broken down into small tid-bits.

  • Add frozen banana chunks, remaining almond milk and ice cubes into blender and blend until smooth. Add additional almond milk or ice to reach desired consistency, if needed.

  • Pour into glasses, top with coconut whip cream (if using) and enjoy.
