Mango Curry Trail Mix
An addictive blend of roasted nuts, sweet mango, dried cherries and curry seasonings. Perfect for parties or on-the-go snacking!

Ingredients

raw almonds

raw pepitas

curry powder

teaspoons
maple syrup

teaspoon
sea salt
1/2

dried mango
chopped into small pieces
1/4
cup
dried cherries
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 350°.
Place cashews, almonds, pumpkin seeds, curry powder, maple syrup and sea salt in a small bowl. Toss well to combine.
Roast nuts in the oven for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and cool.
Add mango and cherries to the mix and enjoy. Store in an airtight container.
Notes
This mix is packed with curry flavor, but it's not spicy. If you want some extra heat, add a little cayenne pepper!
