Add all ingredients, except for the chocolate chips to a blender and blend until smooth.
Add chocolate chips & pulse for a few seconds.
Pour into a glass. Top with more chocolate chips and/or a melted chocolate drizzle.
Notes
Make-ahead: Blend all the ingredients (except the chocolate chips), then store the shake in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Give it a good shake or stir before drinking.
