- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- ¼ cup red onion chopped
- ½ cup celery chopped
- ½ cup avocado oil mayo
- ½ Tablespoon dijon mustard
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
Add chicken, red onion, celery, mayo, mustard, salt and pepper into a large bowl.
Stir to combine. Taste and add more salt and pepper or mayo, if needed.
