  • 1 scoop (25 grams) vanilla protein powder I used Nuzest
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk or any non-dairy milk
  • 1 Tablespoon cashew or almond butter
  • ½ Tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseed optional
  • ice if needed
  • Fresh strawberries for topping, optional


  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
