Italian Dressing

Skip the store-bought stuff and make this simple Italian dressing at home! It’s zesty, flavorful, and pairs well with a variety of salads or can be used as a marinade.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar or white wine vinegar
  • cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup

  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a bowl or mason jar and whisk by hand or shake up the jar until emulsified.
