Teriyaki Salmon Bowls

These teriyaki salmon bowls come together quickly for a healthy and delicious weeknight meal. Bake the salmon and broccoli on a sheet pan, then serve in a bowl with rice, veggies and creamy avocado.


Whisk together avocado or sesame oil, tamari or soy sauce, maple syrup or honey, garlic, apple cider or rice vinegar and ginger.

1. Make Teriyaki Sauce

Marinate salmon filets with some of the teriyaki sauce for 30 min - 4 hours in the fridge.

2. Marinate Salmon

On a sheet pan, toss broccoli with oil, salt and pepper. Add salmon to the other half of of the pan and roast 15-20 minutes.

3. Roast

Grab two bowls, add rice and top each with a fillet of salmon, cabbage, carrots, green onions, avocado, lime and a drizzle of teriyaki sauce. Top with sesame seeds.
