HOW TO MAKE
This slow cooker shredded chicken recipe is so easy and makes the best shredded chicken every time — only 4 ingredients needed!
LET'S MAKE IT
Add chicken to the slow cooker. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and drizzle with apple cider vinegar and olive oil.
Slow Cook Chicken
Cook on low 3-4 hours or high 2 hours. Check to make sure the internal temperature of the chicken is 165F.
Shred the chicken with two forks or a meat shredder or hand mixer.
