Homemade Samoas

Healthy homemade Samoas made with only four ingredients: coconut, dates, chocolate chips and coconut oil. They’re also vegan and gluten-free!

Toast unsweetened coconut flakes in an oven until golden.

1. Toast Coconut

Add toasted coconut and dates to a food processor.

2. Add Ingredients

Pulse ingredients until the mixture comes together.

3. Pulse

Form mixture into cookie shapes and poke a hole in the middle. Chill.

4. Form Cookies

Melt chocolate and coconut oil. Dip the bottom of each cookie in the chocolate and drizzle more on top.

5. Add Chocolate

Chill to let chocolate set and enjoy!
