Roasted Cauliflower Lentil Salad

Cook lentils. Drain and cool.

 STEP ONE

Roast cauliflower with olive oil, cumin, cinnamon, garlic powder, cayenne, salt and pepper.

 STEP TWO

Make tahini maple dressing and toss with lentils, cauliflower, dates, spinach, and red onions.
