Roasted Beets

Learn the easiest way to cook beets with this simple recipe! All you need is one ingredient and about five minutes of prep time. These roasted beets are the perfect side that you can pair with just about any main dish.

Scrub the beets clean, poke with a fork and wrap in foil. Roast in a 400°F oven until tender, about 75-90 minutes.

1. Roast Beets

Unwrap the beets (they’ll be hot!) and run cool water over them. The skin should easily peel off while you do this. Once peeled you’re ready to use them however you’d like!
