Raspberry Lemon Overnight Oats

These raspberry lemon overnight oats combine rolled oats, yogurt, protein powder, lemon zest and fresh raspberries for a refreshing, easy make-ahead breakfast that's packed with protein.

Ingredients

Stir together oats, almond/oat milk, Greek/coconut yogurt, protein powder, chia seeds, lemon zest, maple syrup and raspberries in a jar or bowl.

1. Stir

Cover and place in the fridge overnight. If you’re in a rush you can shorten the soak time to 2-4 hours.

2. Refrigerate

The next morning (or when ready to eat), remove the lid and give the oats a big stir. Top with raspberries and serve.
