Protein Waffles

Protein waffles made with vanilla protein powder, Greek yogurt, eggs and rolled oats. They're super easy to make, absolutely delicious and perfect for meal prep.


Blend together eggs, Greek yogurt, non-dairy milk, maple syrup, vanilla, protein powder, oats, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.

1. Blend Batter

Pour mixture into preheated waffle iron, close and cook for about 3-4 minutes, until golden brown.

2. Cook Waffles

Remove from waffle iron and serve with a drizzle of maple syrup and nut butter.
