Protein Pancakes

Here's my classic recipe for protein pancakes made with oat flour, egg whites and protein powder. The full recipe gives you 40 grams of protein and the pancakes taste delicious.


Whisk together egg whites and protein powder.

1. Whisk

Stir in the rest of the ingredients until combined. Add almond milk if needing to thin.

2. Combine

Cook pancakes in a skillet. Flip when bubbles start to form.

3. Cook Pancakes

Top pancakes with maple syrup, peanut butter and/or chocolate chips.
