Protein Muffins

These flourless protein muffins are made with mashed banana, almond butter and protein powder. They come together quickly in a blender and are oil-free, gluten-free, dairy-free and have 11 grams of protein in each muffin.


Blend together mashed banana, eggs, maple syrup, almond butter, almond milk, vanilla, vanilla protein powder, baking powder and sea salt.

1. Make Batter

Stir in chocolate chips.

2. Add Chocolate

Fill a prepared muffin tin with the muffin batter and top with chocolate chips. Bake muffins.
