Peanut Butter Protein Cookies

These protein cookies are soft, chewy and made with just 5 simple ingredients! They're flourless, naturally sweetened and pack in 10 grams of protein per cookie!

Ingredients

Mix together peanut butter (almond or cashew work), maple syrup, eggs and vanilla protein powder.

1. Mix Cookie Dough

Fold in chocolate chips.

2. Add Chocolate

Roll dough into balls. Flatten with fingers or a fork to form a cookie shape. Bake cookies and cool.
