Peanut Butter Protein Bars

These no bake peanut butter protein bars are made with rolled oats, protein powder, peanut butter and maple syrup. They're easy to make, require just one bowl and are perfect for meal prep! Vegan + gluten-free.


Mix together oats, vanilla protein powder, sea salt, chia seeds, peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla. Add a splash of almond milk if needed.

1. Mix

Fold in chocolate chips.

2. Add Chocolate

Press mixture into prepared pan. Chill in fridge for at least an hour to set.

3. Set Bars

Cut into bars and enjoy! Bars will last about one week in the fridge or up to three months in the freezer.
