5-Ingredient Healthier  Peanut Butter Cups

Make healthier peanut butter cups using just 5 simple ingredients — dark chocolate chips, peanut butter, coconut oil, honey and sea salt.


chocolate chips (vegan if needed) coconut oil natural peanut butter honey or maple syrup sea salt

Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil until smooth.

1. Melt Chocolate

Fill cups with bottom layer of chocolate. Freeze.

2. Fill Cups

Melt together peanut butter, oil, honey + salt.

3. Make PB Layer

Add middle pb layer to cups. Freeze to set.

4. Add PB Layer

Top with chocolate, sea salt and freeze to set.

5. Top with Chocolate

Enjoy! Store in fridge or freezer.
