HOW TO ROAST
Roasted Butternut Squash
Delicious roasted butternut squash! Great as a side or meal prep.
Peel butternut squash and scoop out seeds.
Chop + Season
Cube squash and toss with oil, salt and pepper on a baking sheet.
Roast squash for 30-40 min at 400F until tender and slightly browned.
Add spices of your own, serve as a side dish, or use for meal prep!
