Healthy Vanilla Cupcakes

These healthy vanilla cupcakes are light and fluffy, but made with whole wheat flour and less butter and sugar than traditional cupcakes. They’re easy to make and perfect for any celebration!

Ingredients

Mix almond milk + apple cider vinegar. Set aside.

1. Mix Vinegar + Milk

Cream together butter and sugar.

2. Mix Butter + Sugar

Mix in the rest of the wet ingredients.

3. Add Wet Ingredients

Stir in the dry ingredients.

4. Add Dry Ingredients

Add batter to a tin and bake.

5. Bake Cupcakes

Frost cupcakes, decorate + enjoy!
