Healthy Pumpkin Bread

Sweetened only with maple syrup, this delicious healthy pumpkin bread is low in sugar, vegan and made with fiber-rich whole wheat flour!

Ingredients

Whisk together ground flaxseed with water, let sit for a few minutes.

1. Make Flax Egg

Mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon pumpkin pie spice and salt.

2. Mix Dry Ingredients

Mix together pumpkin, maple syrup, vanilla, oil, apple sauce and flax egg.

3. Mix Wet Ingredients

Add the liquid mixture to the dry and stir well.

4. Mix Batter

Pour batter into a loaf pan. Top with cinnamon and coconut sugar. Bake.

5. Bake

Cool bread then slice. Enjoy!
