Healthy No Bake Cookies
Peanut butter chocolate healthy no bake cookies made with half the amount of sugar in traditional no bake cookies and coconut oil instead of butter. Dairy-free, vegan and refined sugar free.
coconut oil peanut butter coconut sugar cocoa powder almond milk sea salt vanilla instant oats
Ingredients
Stir together melted coconut oil and peanut butter until smooth.
1. Stir
Add the rest of the ingredients and stir until combined.
2. Add Everything Else
Scoop mixture into cookie shapes onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
3. Form Cookies
Refrigerate cookies and enjoy!
