Healthy Mashed Potatoes

These healthy mashed potatoes are made lighter with Greek yogurt and almond milk. They're still super creamy, flavorful and make for the perfect side dish for the holidays or any meal.

Ingredients

Boil Yukon gold potatoes in water. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover and simmer until the potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes.

1. Cook Potatoes

Drain potatoes and mash. Add almond milk, butter, Greek yogurt, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder and whisk together until combined and fluffy.

2. Mash Potatoes

Transfer to a bowl, top with chives and additional butter and serve.
