Healthy Fish Tacos

An easy recipe for healthy fish tacos made with white fish and topped with a honey dijon cabbage slaw and avocado crema. It comes together in 30 minutes making it the perfect weeknight meal!

Ingredients

Place tilapia/white fish in a glass pan. Season with lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, cayenne and sea salt. Allow the fish to marinate for 10 minutes.

1. Season Fish

In a bowl combine cabbage, onion, cilantro, juice from the lime, mustard, honey, salt and pepper. Toss to combine.

2. Make Slaw

Blend avocado, Greek yogurt, cilantro, lime juice, salt and water until smooth.

3. Make Avocado Crema

Grill fish, warm tortillas, then assemble tacos with fish, slaw, crema and a squeeze of lime.
