Healthy Egg Salad

This healthy egg salad is made with Greek yogurt instead of mayo. It's packed with flavor and great served on salad, lettuce wraps or bread!

Ingredients

Chop up hard boiled eggs and add them to a large mixing bowl with plain Greek yogurt, dijon mustard, chives, salt and pepper.

Mix egg salad together. Enjoy! Store egg salad in fridge up to 5 days.
