Healthy Deviled Eggs

Made with protein-rich Greek yogurt instead of mayo these healthy deviled eggs are lighter in calories and fat, but still absolutely delicious. Perfect for parties or snacking.

Ingredients

Boil eggs and transfer to an ice bath to cool. Peel eggs.

1. Cook Eggs

Place yolks in a bowl. Add Greek yogurt, relish, dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt and pepper. Smash everything together with a fork.

2. Make Filling

Fill the center of each egg white with some of the yolk mixture. Sprinkle with smoked paprika and serve.
