Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookies

These healthy chocolate chip cookies are soft, chewy and guaranteed to satisfy any sweet tooth. They're made with whole wheat flour, coconut oil, Greek yogurt and coconut sugar. There's no butter and no chilling required!


In a medium mixing bowl combine the whole wheat pastry flour, baking soda and sea salt.

1. Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl whisk together the coconut oil, Greek yogurt, coconut sugar, vanilla and egg.

2. Mix Wet Ingredients

Add the dry ingredients to the wet and stir until combined.

3. Combine

Fold in the chocolate chips.

4. Add Chocolate Chips

Roll the dough into balls and drop onto the prepared baking sheet. Press cooking dough down into a cookie shape.

5. Roll

Top with additional chocolate chips and bake until edges are slightly browned.
