Healthy Chicken Parmesan
This healthy chicken parmesan is breaded with almond flour and baked instead of fried. It’s moist, full of flavor. and perfect for satisfying a craving for Italian comfort food. Gluten-free + grain-fee.
Mix together almond meal, paprika, cayenne, garlic, sea salt and black pepper in a bowl.

Whisk egg in a separate bowl.
2. Whisk Egg
Dredge chicken breasts in the egg and then in the almond meal mixture.
3. Dredge Chicken
Bake chicken on a wire rack for crispy chicken or on parchment paper. Add marinara and parmesan and bake until melted.
