Healthy  Birthday Cake

The best healthy birthday cake that's made with a combo of oat and almond flour and naturally sweetened with maple syrup. It's fluffy, moist, gluten-free, dairy-free and a great healthier option for a birthday party or any celebration!

Ingredients

Mix together wet ingredients in a large bowl.

1. Mix Wet Ingredients

In another bowl, mix together dry ingredients.

2. Mix Dry Ingredients

Stir together wet and dry ingredients. Stir in sprinkles.

3. Mix Batter

Bake cakes at 350F for 25-30 minutes.

4. Bake

Cool cakes for 15 minutes on a wire rack.

5. Cool Cakes

Add your favorite frosting and sprinkles.

6. Decorate Cake

Slice and serve cake. Store cake in an airtight container at room temperature for 1-2 days or in the fridge for about 5 days.
