Harvest Fall Salad

This cozy fall salad combines baby kale, roasted kabocha squash, dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds and feta all tossed in a tangy apple cider vinegar dressing.

Ingredients

Roast kabocha squash with olive oil, salt and pepper.

1. Roast Squash

Whisk together apple cider vinegar, olive oil, dijon, cinnamon, orange juice, garlic, salt and pepper.

2. Make Dressing
