Gluten-Free  Sugar Cookies

These grain-free, gluten-free sugar cookies are made with coconut flour. They have a delicious, buttery flavor and the perfect texture for making cut-out cookies!

softened butter or ghee organic cane sugar egg baking powder vanilla sea salt coconut flower arrowroot powder or tapioca flour Icing: powdered sugar vanilla almond mik sprinkles


Mix wet ingredients together.

1. Mix Wet Ingredients

Add coconut flour. Let sit. Stir in arrowroot powder.

2. Add Dry Ingredients

Roll out dough, cut out cookies and bake.

3. Cut + Bake Cookies

Whisk together icing ingredients until smooth.

4. Make Icing

Decorate cookies with icing and sprinkles. Enjoy!
