Gluten-Free Almond Cookies

These almond cookies are made with almond flour, almond extract and topped with sliced almonds. They're buttery, soft and melt in your mouth delicious. Gluten-free + grain-free.

Ingredients

Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy with a mixer. Add egg and almond extract and whisk again.

1. Mix Wet Ingredients

Add almond flour, baking soda and salt to wet ingredients and stir until just combined.

2. Add Dry Ingredients

Scoop the dough into 12 even balls. Top with almonds and press down slightly.

3. Scoop Cookie Dough

Bake for 15-18 minutes until edges are slightly browned. Transfer cookies to a rack to cool.
