Coconut Flour Cookies
Grain-free, low carb, low sugar and less than 95 calories each!
Mix Wet Ingredients
Stir together coconut oil, honey, eggs, and vanilla into a medium size mixing bowl.
Add Dry Ingredients
Add coconut flour, salt, and baking soda until mixture is combined.
Form cookie dough into cookie shapes and place on a cookie sheet. Bake for 12 minutes at 350F.
Store cookies in an air-tight container at room temp or in the refrigerator.
