Easy Baked Falafel
Easy baked falafel made with a can of chickpeas! These protein-packed patties are great for topping bowls and salads, plus they’re vegan and gluten-free.
chickpeas onion garlic parsley olive oil lemon juice cumin coriander sea salt cayenne baking soda oat flour cooking spray
Add chickpeas, onion, oil and spices to a food processor.
1. Add Ingredients
Pulse until just combined. Stir in baking soda and oat flour.
Form falafel mixture into patties and place onto a prepared baking sheet.
3. Make Patties
Bake falafel at 375F for 10 minutes, flip, and bake for an additional 10 minutes until browned.
