Chocolate Avocado Truffles

These dark chocolate avocado truffles are made with avocado instead of heavy cream. They're rich, creamy and absolutely delicious. Made with just 4 ingredients they come together quickly and there's no baking involved! Gluten-free + vegan.

Ingredients

Add avocado and a pinch of sea salt to a food processor and pulse a few times to combine.

1. Blend Avocado

Melt dark chocolate. Add to food processor with avocado and blend until smooth.

2. Add Chocolate

Set truffle mixture in fridge for 30 minutes. Roll 1 tablespoon of mixture into balls and roll in cocoa powder. Store truffles in fridge.
