Chicken Avocado Club Mason Jar Salad

This chicken avocado club salad combines chicken, turkey bacon, blue cheese and avocado. It’s filling, loaded with flavor and can be meal prepped two ways: in a mason jar or a meal prep container. Low carb + gluten-free.


Season chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Cook in a skillet or grill.

1. Cook Chicken

Whisk or blend together lemon juice, honey, dijon, apple cider vinegar, garlic, salt, pepper and oil.

2. Make Honey Mustard

In a jar or meal prep container, layer dressing, red onion, cucumber, tomatoes, chicken, romaine, turkey bacon, blue cheese and avocado.
