Remove stem, leaves and core from cauliflower. Break cauliflower into florets.
Add cauliflower to a food processor. Pulse until rice-sized. You can also use a box grater.
To cook, sauté cauliflower rice in a skillet with oil for 5-10 minutes, until warm and slightly golden.
Use cauliflower rice in all of your favorite recipes that call for regular rice for a low carb option!
