Easy Cauliflower Pizza Crust
HEALTHY | LOW CARB | GLUTEN-FREE
Cook cauliflower rice by sautéing or microwaving.
Mix together cauliflower rice, garlic, mozzarella, egg, basil and oregano.
Form pizza crust and bake for 25-30 minutes at 400F.
Add sauce, cheese and toppings of your choice. Bake for another 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
