Cauliflower Brownie Baked Oatmeal

This cauliflower brownie baked oatmeal sounds decadent, but is made with healthy ingredients and packed with 19 grams of protein per serving. It's delicious, easy to whip up and perfect for meal prep.


Mix together oats, egg whites, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, almond milk, riced cauliflower, chocolate protein powder, vanilla and maple syrup.

1. Mix

Fold in chocolate chips.

2. Add Chocolate

Add mixture to a prepared baking dish, top with chocolate chips and bake.

3. Bake

Portion and serve with a drizzle of nut butter and maple syrup on top.
