This healthy alfredo sauce is made with steamed cauliflower. It's easy to whip up, low carb and tastes so rich and creamy. Dairy-free and vegan.

Vegan Cauliflower Alfredo Sauce
To a blender, add steamed cauliflower, garlic, nutritional yeast (for cheesy flavor), almond milk, oil, salt and pepper.
Blend ingredients until thick and creamy. You can add a bit more almond milk if needed to get the texture just right.
Serve + enjoy!
Serve over pasta, veggie noodles or vegetables!
