Carrot Cake Overnight Oats

Loaded with grated carrots, raisins and cinnamon flavor these carrot cake overnight oats taste like cake for breakfast! Vegan and gluten-free.

Ingredients

Stir oats, almond milk, grated carrots, maple syrup, raisins, cinnamon, vanilla, almond extract and coconut in a jar overnight in the fridge.

1. Stir + Refrigerate

In the morning, take oats out of the fridge and stir. Add more milk if needed and top with chopped walnuts or pecans.

2. Serve + Enjoy!
