Buffalo Chicken Meatballs

These baked buffalo chicken meatballs are such an easy and delicious appetizer for game day or any party. They're loaded with flavor and sure to become a new fan favorite! They also make a great low-carb option for meal prep.


In a large bowl mix together the ground chicken, hot sauce, egg, green onions, carrots, almond flour or panko, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.

1. Mix

Using a cookie scoop or small spoon, scoop the ground chicken mixture and use your hands to form into balls.

2. Form Meatballs

Place the meatballs onto a prepared baking sheet and bake. Drizzle on more hot sauce and toss the meatballs.

3. Bake 

Serve with blue cheese and/or ranch. Serve these as an appetizer or make them a main dish with cauliflower rice or with your favorite vegetable.
